Product: LaserJet 600 M601
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When printing a large document (500 pages or more),  the printer will begin to automatically print the document over again when it finishes the last page.  It will automatically start printing from page one and will re-print the entire document a second time.  It does this with envelopes, also.  The printer does not do this when printing a smaller quantity of pages.  The technician has updated the firmware which was nine years old.  I use Word 2013.  Word will often crash, prompting the message, "Word has stopped working."
