I have updated my computer to a Windows 10. My old system was a Windows 7. I installed my printer on the new laptop and now it does not see my wireless router. I have uninstalled & reinstalled. I have ran the print & scan Dr. My HP Smart says the printer is offline. I have turned off/on everything several times. I have reset my printer numerous times. I have tried to print from my phone and my phone states the printer isn't available. Can someone help me please?

Hi @kv209

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the password.

Please try restoring the network settings to defaults -

1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup.
2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes.
A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
3. Touch OK.

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Asmita,

I've reset it numerous times. I got on with a remote log on and was told that my Network Drive is shot and that I need to replace my printer. I guess that will be my next step.

Thank you

Appreciate you trying the steps, Kathi. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
