Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M182nw

I am having an issue printing and when I ran the diagnostic, I got the following from the report:

 

 Wireless On:  "Pass"

Wireless Working:  "Fail"

 

The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP Support

 

I saw on the board some suggestions about resetting other printers in various ways, but did not seee a message about this model

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore the printer to factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel, press the Setup button.

2. Open the Service menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

The printer automatically restarts.
