I tried so many times to instal driver , but this problem still come up , crazy ~~~~~ How can i do to get over this problem ?

How are you connecting. If by network, install manually. On PC go to control panel>devices and printers and click install printer. I would also suggest that you download the current Universal Printer driver from HP and use that driver for the printer.

When you power on/off or open/close cartridge door will M126  engine turning or not?

If it's not you may have something wrong on the M126 maybe it really has a fatal error needed to be found out.

Actually i successfully manually added printer in panels  .

The thing is i'll have to use scanner too~

hp tells me to re-install windows 10, that'll be a disaster, so i'm trying to find other ways.

The engine works well, i can add the printer in control and panels, BUT i can not be able to install the official driver, it doesn't make sense, and i can't find a perfect solution even now though there are many users that have same issue.
