Hello,
I have recently purchased a LaserJet PRO MFP M28w and I have been satisfied with it for a couple of months.
Suddenly it stopped working. When I switch it on, I only get the Attention light and the Ready light blinking which is normal in the initializiation phase, but I get stuck with it.
The printer is still under guarantee coverage, but before service it, can I try something else (e.g. hard reset? )
Thanks in advance

Hi The_fossette
thank you for your reply.
I have gone through the article mentioned, but unfortunately it did not help.
Actually my printer is stuck with only attention light and Ready light blinking.
In the article I can just read that "This condition occurs when the printer is too hot to continue printing. To resume printing, wait for the printer to cool down" and no other solution is provided.
Can you please help further?
Thanks anyway for trying to support!
Ciao

Can you confirm, both lights are blinking or one is on and the other is blinking.
