Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I got this printer from UAE to Canada, its a 220-240V - AC, 50/60Hz, 3.0A. When I plug it in through a step down transformer and switch it in, two signs start blinking - one yellow power and one orange triangle alert. How can I solve this problem?

HP Recommended

You need a stepup transformer that converts 110 voltage in Canada to 220 voltage. Make sure that the unit is big enough to provide the inrush current of the printer.
