Product: samsund c480w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just spoke with the support team for my 6 months old laser jet printer. I  have red light flashing on my printer and says prepare new imaging unit. The person I talked to gave me a part number but cant even find the part when I  type on google. He could have giving me a link or something. I thought parts are covered under manufacturers guarantee! but the person I talked to said the part I needed  was considered like ink.  I am going throw out of the window this printer the way this printer works. Always giving me problems. As a university student I need a reliable printer. Not this junk!
