i need your help with sprinter hp color laserjpro MFP M477fnw printer that has strip line on paper what that mean is and why do it  can anyone can tell me how to fix it i love my printer and now starting to wonder why and who do it??? please advise!

Can you post a sample of what you are seeing please as your description alone could suggest several different problems depending on which was the strip goes, horizontal or vertical or is a repeating defect.
