How would I get a new printer claim code to create an account on hpconnect.com if my present code expired and my printer will not connect to HP ePrint without the code? Wi-Fi Direct is working, Network Wi-Fi is on and working. Just HP ePrint is off.
Need it to be on so I am able to use the scan to email option.

You can reprint the claim code on the printer. I would recommend you go through the document HP Printers - Setting Up an HP Connected Account for help. This should help you resolve the issue.
