Greetings and Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

 

Er/01 error message occurs when the input tray is empty. To resolve the error, load paper into the input tray.

 

Refer to this document for instructions to load the media - Loading Paper, Envelopes
