HP Recommended
Product: hp color laser jet 3800n
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

The printer window shows that the black color is about 1/4 and the other colors almost full, but do not write any colors and when printing a document some parts of it apears in gray on parts of the paper. There are no error messages on printer window. Calibration, shaking of the ink cartridge and some other actions from the menu did not gave any results. To the right side and towards the back of the printer, flashes a green LED . What cab it be wrong with the printer?
