@John_Getzke. I saw your solutions in another thread and I am posting for your help.
The printer used to work, but has since stopped. My wireless signal is strong. The test page on the printer itself works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers. I have changed the printer portal to a new standard tcp/IP portal. I have checked my Microsoft update history and am running the most recent update. The trouble shooter could not identify the problem. Nothing works!
What else can I do?? Before this issue I could print wirelessly with occasional issues-- I would get an "offline" error, but after turning the printer on/off it would usually resolve. I'm completely out of ideas!
