i have downloaded the software for m12a (hp_LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution-v2 0160225-102294528-signed exe)but whenever I run the program after the extraction nothing happen, will not proceed to installation process, what should I do?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you try a manual search and launch the HPsetup.exe file?

 

HP LaserJet Pro M12 Printer series:

C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HPSetup.exe
