Microsoft Windows XP

I am getting an error message on one of my office printers, since this past friday- 'jam in tray 4'= there is no tray 4. Rebooting the printer did not work, every tray has been removed, as well as the ink cartridge, and the back panel. Nothing. supposedly a service tech from HP is coming in, since last friday, and we have yet to see him.

i need to know how to fix this today. 😕
