Product: HP Laser Jet Pro M12w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

A label torn off while printing and some of the label adhesive stuck to the print cartridge roller.  Now the printer leaves black streaks on the paper printed.  How do I clean the roller?

HP Recommended

No guarantees,  but you can try using a soft cloth moistened with alcohol. The surface is easily scratched which will result in a print defect.
