laserjet 1320 has streaks of gray down page

Prints gray streaks down and across page

Bad toner cartridge needed to be replaced.

Take it out and take a look at the drum if you can see toner powder on the same side of drum then that it.

Try to clean it is useless just need to replace it.

I tried cleaning the drum and as you noted it was a lost effort. Put in a new cartridge works great. Thanks for the response
