Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!  The auto feed doesn't work on my Laserjet Pro MFPM127fw.  I get an error message that says,"Document feeder jam.  Clear and reload."  There is no paper jam, and it won't allow me to clear the message by clicking "OK".  I have to turn off the power and restart the printer.  I have tried the hard reset, and it didn't help.  Is there anything else I can do?  Thank you for your help.

Kindly refer to this document to remove any jams if any in the document feeder of the printer. If the error persists, resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
