laserjet pro 200 M276 nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After years of fault free printing my Laserjet pro 200 is constantly going into error mode when a print is invoked via right clicking the mouse. Direct printing via File in Word works fine as does scanning in the opposite direction. Refreshing firmware and printer driver has not resolved the problem..... Help

Is an error message or an error code displayed?

Hi Andre

Thank you for your interest in this....

No error code ... just a message saying the printer is in error state.....

I have however found a work around that enables me to print... By abandoning CAT 5 network connection and reverting to a USB cable the printer has come to life....!! The issue therefore seems to be network related which is a mystery given it has worked with this config for years ???

Thank you again for your interest

Cheers

Jon
