Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - Can you send us a picture of the screen prompting you to enter the password? 

 

If it is related to the admin password, I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Success by holding finger on lower left quadrant(on the white bar graph) allowing calibration. Thank you.
