Supply Memory error messages are referring to the cartridges.  I'd guess you bumped one of the cartridges when you were removing the jam.

Remove and reseat each of your cartridges to see if you can clear the problem.  If you cannot then provide the complete Supply Memory error message in text or as a screenshot/attachment.  There is a code as a part of the error that will confirm which cartridge(s) are having issues.

Then try reseating all of the cartridges.

Yes I did reseating cartridges, reset  the printer by cut off off the power supply more then 15 minutes and started the printer by holding the power switch while turning on.

Try pressing the "?" to see if you can expose more information about the cartridge causing the problem.

Next place to hunt for clues would be the control panel event log.  You should be able to view the Event Log and parse through the most recent events.

If you are unable to determine specifically which cartridge is defective then the only other choice is to start swapping them out one at a time until you find the bad one.  This is easier if you have a 2nd printer near by with working cartridges.

If you determine the cartridges are all defective and you are using 3rd party cartridges, contact your 3rd party cartridge reseller for support.  The printer might have taken a firmware update and is no longer accepting the current cartridges.  The 3rd party vendor will need to work out a solution with HP or refund you the money for a product you can no longer use.

If you are unable to determine which cartridge is causing the problem then the next step is to start swapping out cartridges one at a time until you find the defective one.  I would start with the non-HP cartridges as the printer may have taken a firmware update that is now invalidating your 3rd party cartridges.

If you observe that the problem is isolated to the 3rd party cartridges then contact your 3rd party cartridge reseller for additional support.  The 3rd party will have to work with HP to obtain the correct security codes and chips to be compatible with HP products.  If not then the 3rd party should refund you the money or provide you with new cartridges as thier current product is no longer compatible with your printer.
