We have this printer in an office and almost all of the printing is done in black.  And yet the yellow toner keeps running out.  Is the printing in black using color also?  Or maybe we have something set up incorrectly.  Any ideas would help.

It can be configured either either way as default. On your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties. Then click on print preferences and then color. Setting printer here to greyscale and black only will force printer to use only black for printing unless you tesll the printer you want a document in color.
