Make sure there are no jobs in the print queue when you boot up the printer. Disconnect it from USB and the network and see if it can fully boot or not. If the problem only happens when the printer is connected to something then you know its a bad print job of some kind.

You need to clear the problem print job and then update your firmware to the current revision to prevent this error from happening again.
