we tried different setup to fix but it does not send a fax please help asap thanks

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your Printer prior to the issue?
  • What is the operating system?

Did you change phone lines or location of printer and the fax line? Have you tried a regular phone on the line to see if you can dial out? Does the phone line require a special dial out pre-code, like 9, to get a dial tone and dial out?
