Product: laserjet pro MFP 225
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I uninstalled my printer/fax/scanner upon the recommendation of an HP tech. I have had a problem with the resetting of the wi-fi. So, now I need to reinstall but do not know how. I tried to use HP customer support but the suggested download file was not recognizable.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Try installing below software to reinstall your printer:

You can also try going to 123.hp.com/laserjet which will perform an install from the website.
