Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. new HP Printer 5258 and ink cartridges sent in the box are obsolete

i just received in the mail a  new HP OfficeJet 5258 printer and when I installed the printer and put in the ink cartridges I received in the box (63XL and 63) the printer stopped and said the cartridges are older generation and do not work in this printer? Can you correct the printer so the cartridges will work?
