Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to replace envelope printer in my office. 

 

 I purchased an HP 605n printer and hp envelop feeder for the 605. 

 

I installed the printer onto network and it works; however, when I attach the envelope feeder, it disables the printer AND does not see or operate the envelope feeder.  (In fact, after envelope feeder installed, the paper stops lifting in the printer, resulting in a Load Paper message.)

 

I've loaded drivers for the 605; still no luck.   

 

Frustrating

Is it the F2G74A HP LaserJet 75-Sheet Envelope Feeder which is supported by your printer?

 

Please ensure it is the same, or let us know the exact product number of the used envelope feeder.
