Hi All,

I have an HP LaserJet 400 MFP M425dn, the problem is when I turn on the printer it gives me the jam paper error message. I have inspected the machine and there is no paper anywhere. I can also hear there is a clicking sound for a few seconds as it starts up. 

What should I be looking at to troubleshoot this problem.
