On this printer series you can get a fuser wrap where the paper gets jammed in the fuser area and it is nearly impossible to see. Also a sticking flag will also cause intermittent jamming issues. Take a flashlight, open the back door and look carefully to see if you can see any paper that has jammed accordion style.
