A persisitent paper jam caused by paper drifitng to one side on feeding, have tried all the soltions offered on line by HP and none has worked

This is the solution to your problem....There is some piece of solid material eg a broken cartridge component on the paper path. keenly check around the registration roller and use a spotlight if need be

Hi JK108,
There is most probably a mechanical issue with your printer and it's causing that drifting from the one side of feeding.
Look if there is any bit of paper stuck from the side that it is not feeding or any damaged part of the printer from that side as well. Follow the paper path and try feeding the paper yourself with the printer off (works better with heavy paper).
