printer cannot connect to wifi

MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I own a color laser jet pro (MFP M281fdw), and I'm having trouble connecting to wifi with this printer. It kept on showing that it has error, and when I try to connect to wifi, it shows that it's bringing the wifi network, and the screen stays there forever. I shut it off manually and reset the printer couple of times, and no progress. Other devices like laptop or phones work with no problem, just this printer. Anyone have an idea to solve this? I'm really fed up with this

Thanks in advance!

Your printer may not be negotiating a good connection with your home router.  This can happen if you mistype the password or select the incorrect security type.

A quick work around is to install the printer over USB and then access the printers admin page.  Then you can reconfigure the wireless feature with a little more comfort.  This makes it easier to enter the wifi credentials and avoid easy mistakes.
