If your printer is Offline then you cannot send print jobs to it. Chances are your connection to the printer is misconfigured or broken.
Start with a simple analysis of the printer without any PCs connected to it. Try printing off a configuration or demo page from the printers control panel. Verify that it can phyiscally print without defects before throwing PCs into the mix.
After you verify the printer can print the reports from the printers control panel then start pulling apart your connection to the printer. USB connections should register in the PCs Device Manager as you plug and unplug the USB cable. Network connections should be pingable if properly connected.
