Thanks for posting and sorry to hear that you are having problems. This board is a community support board that is mostly relies on community experts that are not HP staff to provide assistance. You do not mention if the product is under warranty or not. If under warranty you will need to contact technical support. If it is out of warranty you will need to locate a local partner who can provide support.
