printing black pages

Product Name: P1102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My P1102w is printing all black pages.  It had been in storage for 4 months with the toner cartridge removed and stored separately.  When set up with the cartridge reinstalled it printed all black pages.  I ordered and installed a new cartridge, but still prints black pages.  I did the clean page routine, and the page printed from that was not very dirty.  But still prints black from multiple programs.
