Product: HP OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When we print from the PC, everything is fine.  When we go to make a copy it takes the printing to the right side of the page and cuts the printing off.  When we use the top bypass feeder, the printing is also ok.

Let me see if I understand... your problem seem related with scanner glass when you make a copy but, if you make a copy from ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) glass do not appears the problem. it's that right?
