Solved: "Attention" Light flashing - HP Support Community

Hello,

After my last printing, my 'Attention" light came on and continues to flash. I have remove the bottom tray and open and closed the top as requested but its still not working. I do not have a paper jam so I would like someone to help me find out what it could be. I really like this printer (it is very old) and want to continue to use it.

Please help us to know the error message displayed on the display (control panel) so as to understand the issue better.

If it is paper jam error, you may have to closely inspect the paper path for jammed paper (including the duplex paper path - metal plate above the tray 2 cassette area)

Thank you very much. I did find a sheet of paper and removed. I could only print from one tray but that was good. I will work on the other later. I have completed both markings and thanks again for your help.
