HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I tried to reload program into computer about scanning document into lap top and main frame computer but I can only transfer my scan into usb and I have to take out usb and loaded into laptop or computer.

I tried many times to download program but computer do not accept as error.

I wish HP can help me but my warranty expired and they will charge me for phone assistance,

Provide the printer model number or the product number?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
