single pass two sided scan Laser Jet

Can someone please tell me how to set up single pass two sided scan on the HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw?

This is the only reason I bought this model, and I can't figure out the setup. It's not easy to find that option.

Please confirm you have the MFP M479fdw (W1A80A) model and not the MFP M479dw (W1A77A), this is not available for the entire series:

Additionally, be aware that HP Easy Scan is not currently supported on Catalina, see if Image Capture may provide two-sided scanning, else you may try setting Scan to Email as a workaround till full functionality will become available for Catalina:

It is the one on far right = MFP M479fdw

So I figured out the double sided scan. But now I'm having trouble setting up the Scan to Computer option from the control panel. Everything I'm  finding in manuals and on line says find-

Scanner Actions

and

Manage Scan to Computer

I can't find either one of those in the HP Utility Icon

The only things I find are "Scan to Email" & "Scan to Network Folder"

Scan to computer is only available on Windows, not on macOS.

How did you figure out the double-sided scan?  I need to do that too.
