vapour outgoing during printing - Linux driver

xpress c410w

this printer shows a vapour cloud anytime a page is printed (outgoing from the paper path) - I am wondering if it is normal.

2nd question - is it available the Linux driver? where can it be found?

The steam cloud is not unheard.  It depends on a few factors such as moisture content of paper and room conditions. It is caused by the hot fuser when it contact the paper. Some printers I have seen actually had advisory labels to stop users from being alarmed.  Not sure about the Linux driver but I suspect if you check some Linux forums you may find one that will work. Or check support.Hp.com
