Product: hp 586z

Ladies & Gents,

I'm wondering if you can guide me to the right place, i have a issue in that i have 586z printers that have keyboards. Yes i know that's what comes supplied, but, the customer has sent me them requesting that the keyboard isn't required and can i put blanking plates in them. I know they exist i have a couple. the part number is G139-40009>ABS<C2 BUT, HP catalog is a mind field.

 

Can you help please.

Likely not a part you can order.  That part number is not a typical sequence for sale parts, more for internal tracking and would come as part of the whole scanner assembly.  You could try aftermarket parts suppliers and EBay.
