Product: win 10 pro version 1903
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laser MFP 179

network setup works fine. Printer is visible for fritzbox , Printer is found by installation routine of wifi printer setup / new printer.

PC sends link to printer, printer answer: connect ?

if connect is confirmed by ok button, PC sais "connection failed. 

Same story with firewall disabled

same story with login as administrator

same story with other pc in the network

 

I feel lost

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the Printer's network settings: Press the (Menu) button > Network > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Default > Restore... on the control panel. The machine starts restoring default wireless network settings.

 

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.
