I have problem while giving a print to printer using an android phone. It sometimes shows that the printer is not available right now even when the printer is actually available and sometimes it takes too long to print the document. When give a print using my computer then it immediately prints the document, but with a smartphone I always get a problem.I have set up the printer using a wifi connection.

Hi @RPS_21

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Make sure the printer and the Android device are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz network.

Install HP Smart app to print and scan from the Android device

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Check for software updates on the Android device. Try printing.

For more info on Printing from Android Smartphones or Tablets, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
