Technology doesn't come naturally to me. I stumbled into a contract technical writing job at HP in 2012, which motivated me to seek a deeper understanding of computers, how they work and how to fix them. Now I find myself fascinated by a topic I never would've guessed I'd find interesting.
I completely understand the feeling of being totally lost and wanting to chuck your computer out a window, so on the forums when I can lead someone out of that frustrating place it feels extremely rewarding.
Outside of work I love spending time with my three tiny dogs and four chickens, volunteering, photography, gardening, Netflix bingeing, painting pottery and various other crafts.
