Hi,

We have a VSX 7000A which is connected to a Cisco ASA Firewall which, in turn, is connected to the internet...

We made a call this morning into an IP address over the internet, a second party in South Africa connected to the same IP address.

On our VSX we could see both parties for about 5 or 10 minutes, it then stopped showing them. Audio was still fine for both far parties (we could hear them, they could hear us) but we couldnt see them (they could see us).

Any ideas on what the issue could be? I have checked the firewall and there are no denials or filtering that affected this...

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Regards,

Ty
