For 3- or 4-way call you need to have the multipoint (MPPlus) option enabled. For more details plz refer to HDX Admin's Guide -> Configuring Multipoint Calling.

if you are not with MPPLUS key you can also do the 10 min trial to cheack enable trial box to see how is gone be? Regards Yash Pal
