We organize meeting at VSW mode: When the number of endpoint of 30 (MCU RMX2000 ver 7.2, 160 CIF), the call speed is down to 600kbps, and the video quality of 720p@15fps. the audio is very poor (sound stutters). we use HDX8000, Ver 3.0.4 (newest). Can you help me fix it????

Note: The our system is of 876 endpoint, we operate at VSW mode.

Sounds like you reach the bandwidth limit in your network.

600 kbps * 30 + overhead = 20+ Mbps

Check the packet loss in the diagnostics.
