Studio X52 with TC10 Kit
Android 9.0 Pie

Good day, We have encountered with the Poly Studio X52 a feedback during Teams call.

The far end users can hear themselves while in Teams Meeting. Their voice loops back and they can hear themselves when in teams call. This is experienced when the Volume is in 80 percent to maximum. The Version of the X52 is 4.3.1.

Is audio issue connected where the 4.3 firmware is not supported by Teams as of the moment.

Thank you.

Hello @Angel_Beltran ,

welcome to the HP Poly community. PolyOS 4.3.2 is officially Microsoft Teams certified so I suggest you update to this.

If you still see the issue when running PolyOS 4.3.2 and Microsoft Teams 1449/1.0.96.2024091202 I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region, if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
