HP Recommended

We are experiencing bad video quality on the poly studio X30 in device mode. The quality is no where near expected. Any one having the same issues?

 

Current Version: 3.2.3-280012

When you make a call using the X30 as the codec is the quality meeting expectations?  If so you should try a different application on your computer, it maybe the application you are using is causing the issue.  Applications will adjust video quality depending on various things and that maybe what you are facing.
