Hello, I have a HDX Camera Connected to HDX 8000 input Camera 1, so when i connect the camera it turns on and check the focus but finaly it shows only a blue screen.

 

May i have to check some configuration, could some one Help Me  Thanks ind Advance

 

I have Attached and image of the camera.

Make sure the default is set to the camera input port you are using.

 

Did you power up the codec with the camera plugged into the codec?

 

Check the cable for bent pins.

 

Could be a bad camera, cable or input.  Try the other input on the codec.
