We just got the CX5100 in for testing and love the audio quility. However, once we turn on video it will work for a few minutes then stop sending video to the clients. When you try to restart the video or end the meeting the Lync 2013 client will lockup and crash. We are running Office 2013 SP1 with the most current patches to Lync Server environment as of today.

What Version of Windows are you running and have you ensured the latest USB 3.0 drivers from the USB chipset manufacturer and not the OS Drivers are installed?

We tried a Lenovo T430s running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit with all the latest USB 3.0 driver updates and a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 running 8.1 fully updated to current release. Both were connected via the USB 3.0 port.

I suggest you report this straight back to your Polycom reseller so they can raise a ticket with our support team and then gather data from yourself.
