Hello:

When using the CX7000 to share content to others over cloud video conferencing (BlueJeans), sharing PC content shows both screens to remote participants.  When dialing other CX7000 units, only the content monitor is displayed.

Is there a way to disable what seems to be All Monitors during sharing?

TIA.

Hello jerake,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This may be a simple interoperability issue as the CX7000 is officially only certified for Lync 2010 and Lync 2013.

In addition it is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

I had a quick check in our internal database but could not find anything similar so the next step would be to raise a Support Ticket via your Polycom reseller.

Best Regards
